Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
Design and implement solutions using both coded applications and no-code (Citizen Development) approaches within the ServiceNow platform.
Build and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine and Studio.
Ensure technical design and implementation are aligned with business requirements and ServiceNow best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Develop integration interfaces between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and support platform upgrades.
Create technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guides.
Participate in client interviews, technical discussions, and provide status updates as required.

Experience Requirement:

8+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong background in ServiceNow development.
Hands-on experience in both coded applications and low/no-code development within ServiceNow.
Proven expertise in building and maintaining custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
Experience with workflows, client scripts, business rules, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with at least part of the week spent onsite.
Prior experience working with global teams and managing stakeholder expectations is a plus.
