Short Description

The ESM Developers main role is to work with ESM Lead Developer, ESM customers and third-party teams (vendor, Avatar, partners, ) to implement and deploy solutions in a cost-effective way (knowing AXA’s business, strategy and goals).
His roles include understanding functional requirements, design and propose solutions, write technical specifications, development solution that answers business needs and provides functional support over the solution.

The ESM Developer manages the topics assigned to them independently and possess skills on ServiceNow’s all the key module. They are also considered as Primary Subject Matter Developer with key technical skills and high-level exposure within GO in the different programs (ITAM, OneQOS, Harmony, Atlas, ).

They have to act as influencers and advisors ensuring the Golden Copy of Enterprise Service Management – SILVA product line. Impact is strong across GO and Opcos as they have to ensure the “ONE FITS ALL” and “ADOPT and not ADAPT” mindset key for the AXA IT transformation.

He guarantees the stability, scalability and compliance with ServiceNow standards of the Silva for the work he is performing and also help Lead Developer managing ServiceNow platform in the different Governance meetings.

He provides the proper reporting, alerts and mitigating plan when required.
He demonstrates the accountability towards our leads and supports the GO strategy by making the right decisions aligned with the target.

• Outstanding knowledge of Now Platform architecture
• Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation or maintenance
• Experience in project activities as a Developer

To qualify for the role, you must have

• ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification
• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and HRSD
• Showcased knowledge of Best Practices in Software Development
• Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in English
