Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them
  into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications
• Provide technical support to end-users of ServiceNow applications
• Maintain and update existing ServiceNow applications and configurations
• Stay up-to-date with new developments and best practices in ServiceNow development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, configurations, and integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in providing user support across different time zones is a plus.
• Experience in either Customer Service Management, CMDB, Service Portal
  Development or Service Operations Workspace
• Knowledge of the following is a bonus: Angular, Javascript, ITIL, ITOM and CAB
