Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.• Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules.• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.Required Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• 58 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide Records, UIactions, client scripts, and business rules.• Experience with creation of workflows using Workflow Editor, Flow Designer andWorkflow Studio.• Experience with ServiceNow integrations including web services, Integration Hub, RESTAPIs, and other protocols.• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.• Proven leadership and project management skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Minimum certification level of ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA
