Job Description

Dear Candidate, We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ITSM and automation solutions using ServiceNow. If you have expertise in scripting, workflow configuration, and integrations, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. Implement ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM solutions. Create and modify business rules, UI policies, and scripts. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and APIs. Ensure best practices in ServiceNow configuration and security. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript). Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services. Familiarity with CMDB, Incident Management, and Change Management. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Developer (CAD) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
