Job Summary:

Introhive Global Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Introhive platform support and administration.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and changes in alignment with agreed SLAs.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and provide solutions.
Gather and analyze requirements, facilitating discussions to align business needs with platform capabilities.
Respond to technical queries via email and follow up to ensure complete resolution and user satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance and issue tracking reports.
Collaborate with vendors and consultants to maintain service quality.

Technical Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with
Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012 R2
.
Proficiency in
Microsoft PowerShell scripting
.
Familiarity with
Office365
and cloud platforms such as
Azure
and
AWS
.
Experience with
ticketing systems
like
ServiceNow
or
Jira
.
Strong understanding of
incident management
,
problem-solving
, and
change management
processes.
Knowledge of
Windows 10 / 11
, including updates, patches, and security features.
Basic understanding of
cloud computing concepts
: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
ITIL certification or knowledge is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong learning aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Experience working in a global support environment.
