Responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting ServiceNow solution delivery aligned with ITSM/ITOM/ITBM or other modules.
Conduct requirement workshops with stakeholders.
Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Work with developers to translate requirements into technical stories.
Validate ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
Perform UAT, regression testing, and release validation.
Create process documentation and training materials.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and ITIL standards.
Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
Manage enhancements, change requests, and backlog prioritization.
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
Strong grasp of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.).
Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Reporting.
Ability to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Mandatory):
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) module (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
37 years in ITSM/ServiceNow business analysis.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in ServiceNow upgrade and enhancement projects.
