Job Description

Role & responsibilities

SAP RAP Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using the
SAP ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model
.
Build
Core Data Services (CDS) Views
,
behaviour definitions
,
service bindings
, and
OData V4 services
.
Implement
business logic
,
validations
,
actions
, and
determinations
within the RAP framework.
Develop cloud-ready solutions for
SAP BTP ABAP Environment
or
S/4HANA ABAP Platform
.
Work on
Fiori/UI5 applications
that consume RAP-based services.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of RAP applications.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to SAP clean-core principles, modern ABAP standards, and coding best practices.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies (if applicable).

Required Technical Skills

Strong handson experience in
ABAP on HANA

Proficiency in

Experience with

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
SAP ABAP Certification / RAP or BTP certifications (optional but preferred).
