Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Architect.
Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.
Experience with data modeling, CMDB design, and ServiceNow discovery.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators.
