Aelum Consulting is emerging Enterprise Service Management service provider with over 5+ years of experience in providing end to end solutions around ITSM Process, ServiceNow Implementation, Consulting, development and support.We have over 11000+ hours of experience in designing empirical processes for our valuable customers that reduced their Operating Costs (Reduced 750K for our prestigious customers in 3 years).

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM with GRC, CSM, ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM (Any Three or more)
• Must be a ServiceNow CIS certified (any one)
• Open to work and provide solutions on different modules. Knowledge on additional module is preferred.
• Capable to design solutions and provide technical understanding and architecture of the same.
• Work with process owners to understand the process requirements related to the capture of configuration data and develop technical specifications and solutions.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to provide guidance in the management of CI's and the relationships between them.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Architects to understand IT technology strategy that guide which requirements need to be gathered.
• Work with Application SMEs and stakeholders to perform gap analysis and provide solution.
• To help Customers, Internal Teams under COE.
• Worked on Integrations /w integration hub
• Flexible to accommodate the Business needs.
  

Requirements

• Min. 1 Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications. CTA is great to have.
• Must have Strong Technical skills.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and JavaScript
• Must be Professional and a good Team Player.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication - (ENGLISH)
• Exposure in running projects independently with customer
