Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Administrator

responsible for

managing, configuring, and optimizing

the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs. The role includes

system upgrades, user support, troubleshooting, creating custom applications

, and integrations, ensuring the platform runs efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management:
Configure, manage, and optimize the ServiceNow platform and its applications.
System Maintenance:
Perform upgrades, apply patches, monitor platform health, and ensure security compliance.
Troubleshooting:
Investigate and resolve technical issues to maintain platform stability.
User Support:
Provide guidance to end-users, develop process documentation, and maintain knowledge bases.
Reporting & Dashboards:
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance and provide insights.
Change Management:
Implement platform changes smoothly to minimize disruptions.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience in
ServiceNow administration
.
Expertise in
ServiceNow applications
: Incident, Problem, Request, Change, and other modules.
Familiarity with
ITIL best practices
.
Proficiency in
JavaScript, XML, and HTML
.
Strong
problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
.
Experience in
documentation
of technical processes, policies, and procedures.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
