Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Writer role based in Indore. As a Service Writer, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and the service delivery team. Key responsibilities include managing incoming customer inquiries, ensuring seamless communication, maintaining service logs, coordinating service schedules, and providing exceptional customer support to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also maintain accurate records and use computer systems effectively to track service-related information.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality client engagement
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer Literacy and the ability to use various software tools efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a service-related role is preferred
