Required Information Details 1 Role** Customer Onboarding Manager/Transition Manager 2 Required Technical Skill Set** Transition Management, Project Management 4 Desired Experience Range** 8-12Years 5 Location of Requirement Chennai Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally it should be more than 8 years of exp) 1. Capable of managing overall transition program across defined Transition Methodology and Phases 2. Conduct detailed Transition Planning in accordance with Go-Live commitments. 3. Monitor and Govern overall progress against the defined plan. Track and resolve issues, initiate corrective actions as appropriate to manage delays (if any). 4. Establish and manage relationships with client’s business and project stakeholders. Manage expectations across key internal and external stakeholders of the project 5. Ensure Transition deliverables in accordance with defined methodology with high level of quality, timeliness and within budget 6. Manage and motivate the team for desired levels of performance and deliverable quality. Manage and resolve team conflicts, if any 7. Identify, evaluate and manage risks through the transition lifecycle to avoid impact to timelines. 8. Report transition progress at defined intervals to Management teams (Client and Internal) for effective governance and timely issue resolution 9. Review and manage changes through the transition lifecycle 10. Manage Transition tollgates as per schedule including effective handover to operations team. 11. Document and share project learning for continuous improvements Deal Pursuit Support. 12. Collaborate with Solution Design teams to create transition solutions for prospective clients. Participate in RFP Support, client discussions, presentations and workshops to defend the transition approach, outline risks etc Good-to-Have § PMP/Prince 2/SAFE Certified § ITIL Certified § 8 years of Infrastructure/Network Transition/Transformation Experience § Tools Onboarding Experience Show more Show less
