Service Technician

As a Service Technician in the Ballast & Buoyancy Division based in Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in servicing, repairing, and mobilizing equipment both at project sites and in the workshop. Your close collaboration with Service Engineers, Sales, and Logistics teams will be essential in maintaining accurate records and equipment tracking in D365. This position presents a great opportunity to develop your technical skills in a project-oriented setting. - Assist service engineers with services and technical support for client/owned equipment at project sites - Support in the repair and maintenance of equipment at the workshop, including mobilization and demobilization tasks - Coordinate and aid Sales and Logistics Division in equipment movement, ensuring inventory data accuracy in D365 - Manage and audit physical stock in the workshop, following job cards provided by Service Engineer - Maintain tracking sheets for IN/OUT rental equipment, client equipment repairs, lifting tackles, and internal equipment calibration - Organize signed job execution copies for internal and invoicing purposes - Compile service reports, update D365 with DN/GRN data, and maintain documentation - Undertake any assigned tasks by Service Engineers related to servicing and equipment maintenance - Prepare and submit necessary reports in a timely manner Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of equipment, proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Experience: 1-3 years Kindly submit your CV for consideration.,
