Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive maintenance on temporary cooling fleet assets (Chillers, A/C, AHU, CT, Fluid Pumps) to ensure optimal performance and maximize returns.
• Manage material stock and maintain tools for readiness.
• Execute leak testing, brazing, and advanced troubleshooting on Chillers.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship to enhance equipment reliability and team performance.
• Conduct scheduled weekly/monthly service plans across the North India Region.
• Manage internal repairs, customer site commissioning, and decommissioning efficiently.
• Troubleshoot effectively to minimize downtime and repair costs.
• Complete Service Order paperwork accurately for stock and asset verification.
• Monitor equipment performance, providing remote guidance for corrective actions.
• Train operators/technicians and ensure diligent log sheet recording.
• Ensure rapid response to client needs, minimizing disruption.
• Adhere strictly to Aggreko's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
• Report observed competitor activity on customer sites.

Skills and Experience

• Trade qualification or Diploma in Refrigeration Mechanical Engineering.
• Degree/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanical/Electrical (preferred)
• Current Driver's License (light vehicle essential)
• Restricted Electrical License (highly preferred).
• 3-5 years in a similar industry.
• Hands-on experience: Chiller leak testing, brazing, and troubleshooting.
• Controller knowledge: Carel, Trane, York Millennium.
• Chiller experience: Trane, SystemAir, Christopia (advantageous).
• Flexible: On-call availability and willingness to travel.
• Team-oriented and self-driven.
