Service Technician

As a Service Technician at Karuna Ather, an authorized dealership for Ather Electric Vehicles in Erode, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Ather electric scooters. - Carry out routine servicing, part replacements, and software updates. - Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quick, accurate solutions. - Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and follow safety standards. - Coordinate with Service Advisors for smooth workflow. - Document service jobs and report technical feedback to the team. - Ensure quality service to maximize customer satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should have: - ITI/Diploma in Automobile or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. - 1-3 years of experience as a Technician in 2W/EV service (EV experience preferred). - Good technical knowledge and diagnostic skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. - Team player with strong work ethics.
