Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kerala, India, for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Kent RO systems, water purifiers, air purifiers, and other products. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, conducting routine maintenance checks, and ensuring optimal performance of the installed systems. The role will also involve educating customers on product use and care and providing prompt service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
• Ability to diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot mechanical or electronic systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients effectively
• Knowledge of water purifiers, air purifiers, or similar healthcare-related technologies is an advantage
• Relevant certification or diploma in technical or engineering disciplines
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
• Willingness to travel locally within Kerala for on-site support and service
