Service Team Leader / Senior Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer at ABB, your role is crucial in running what drives the world forward. You will be responsible for ensuring customer focus, urgency, and care in your direct area of responsibility to build sustainable customer relationships for growth, satisfaction, and retention. Your work model will be onsite, where you will drive the development of processes and practices based on customer feedback to consistently enhance the customer experience. You will also allocate, drive, and monitor work based on order content, delivery time, competencies, and workload while managing a team of service professionals, guiding their development, and ensuring effective organization and direction within your area of responsibility.
