Service Supervisor for Road Sweeper Machines

As a Service Supervisor for Maintenance, Repair, and Service, you will be responsible for leading a team of field service technicians in Odisha. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delegating repair, maintenance, and service tasks of Road Sweeping Machines PAN India, including both Ride-On and Truck Sweeper Machines. - Hiring, training, motivating, and monitoring the performance of service department staff. - Handling customer complaints within the defined Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and according to brand guidelines. - Maintaining high-quality services to minimize repeat complaints and conducting spot checks for job thoroughness and quality. - Managing and controlling costs, including administrative tasks such as managing invoices, processing service orders, and tracking inventory. - Establishing and maintaining 24-hour follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service experience. - Keeping track of service and inventory records, preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly operating budgets, and maintaining relationships with spares manufacturers, dealers, and Sales Representatives. - Forecasting goals and objectives for the department and staying updated on industry regulations, standards, and new innovations. - Maintaining a safe work environment and demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, customer service, and supervisory skills. Qualifications required for the role of Service Supervisor include: - Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering with a Management degree or certification. - Candidates with an automobile service background will be preferred. - Strong communication skills (written and verbal), computer skills, and the ability to handle stress under TAT deadlines. - Local candidates are preferred for this permanent job opportunity.
