Service Supervisor for Road Sweeper Machines

As a Service Supervisor for Maintenance, Repair, and Service, you will be responsible for leading a team of field service technicians in Odisha. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delegating repair, maintenance, and service tasks for Road Sweeping Machines PAN India, including both Ride-On and Truck Sweeper Machines. - Hiring, training, motivating, and monitoring the performance of service department staff. - Handling customer complaints within the defined Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and in accordance with brand guidelines. - Maintaining high-quality services to minimize repeat complaints and conducting spot checks for thoroughness and quality. - Managing and controlling costs, including administrative tasks such as managing invoices, processing new service orders, and tracking inventory. - Establishing and maintaining 24-hour follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction. - Keeping track of service and inventory records. - Preparing and administering operating budgets for the service department. - Maintaining strong relationships with spares manufacturers, dealers, and Sales Representatives. - Forecasting goals and objectives for the department. - Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and staying updated on industry standards, innovations, materials, tools, and processes. - Maintaining a safe work environment. Skills required for this role include: - Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, and supervisory skills. - Strong industry knowledge and familiarity with customer service standards and processes. - Budget tracking abilities. - Ability to handle stress and work under TAT deadlines. Qualifications for the Service Supervisor position include: - Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering and Management degree/certification. - Candidates with an automobile service background will be preferred. - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and computer skills. - Local candidates are preferred.
