Location: Kolkata, Chennai, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Indore, and WCR Regions (with frequent travel across India)

About the Role

At Tayal & Co., we have been delivering safe, reliable, and innovative engineering solutions to Indian Railways for more than 25 years. To strengthen our service network, we are looking for Service Supervisors / Field Technicians who will play a vital role in installation, maintenance, and technical support for our products across customer sites in India.

This is a field-based role that requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair Tayal & Co. products at customer locations.
• Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints (open/live/closed).
• Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service protocols.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships, especially with Indian Railways and key stakeholders.
• Share field feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product performance.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial or railway equipment.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and across India.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or railway industry preferred.
• Knowledge of service documentation and complaint tracking will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
