Service & Skill Development Partnerships Executive

Role Objective

To onboard and manage skill development partners and support partner-led programs through events, mentorship, and alumni engagement, using technology platforms to deliver value to colleges and students.

Key Responsibilities

Skill Development Partnerships
• Identify, onboard, and manage skill development partners such as training institutes, certification providers, ed-tech companies, and industry trainers.• Evaluate partner offerings for job relevance, quality, and scalability.• Design partnership models including revenue share, bundled offerings, and co-branded programs.• Enable the sales team with partner program details, pricing, and USPs.

Events, Mentorship & Alumni Management
• Plan and coordinate college-level events, workshops, webinars, and partner-led programs.• Support and manage mentorship programs involving industry experts, trainers, and alumni.• Coordinate alumni engagement activities such as talks, mentoring sessions, and networking events.• Work with partners to ensure smooth execution of events and programs.

Technology & Service Delivery
• Manage service delivery using technology platforms (LMS, CRM, event-tech, community platforms).• Track participation, engagement, and outcomes for partner programs, events, and mentorship initiatives.• Ensure service quality, timelines, and partner compliance.

Experience & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in service partnerships, skill development, events, or ed-tech operations• Strong experience working with technology platforms and event execution• Exposure to mentorship or alumni engagement programs is a strong plus
