Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Relationship Officer located in Bengaluru. The Service Relationship Officer will handle customer inquiries and ensure efficient customer service. They will manage and strengthen client-business relationships, oversee financial transactions, support sales initiatives, and assist in resolving customer issues. The officer will also be responsible for meeting customer needs through effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Finance and Sales expertise
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to manage and resolve customer issues with a high degree of professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
