Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Service Relationship Officer. The Service Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, providing high-quality customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. The role involves handling client queries, resolving issues promptly, conducting financial transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
