Experience in managing team (10 member)

Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with a diverse group of team members, stakeholders, and customers;

Experienced in managing the SLAs, reporting and tracking project metrics Hands-on experience in end-to-end work delivery Development, Testing, SIT and UAT phase activities Maintenance support Agile/ ITIL

Certification Good Understanding and experience in conducting Agile ceremonies ServiceNow Trained/certification with a good business understanding of the SNOW landscape and modules Good people management skills
