Job Description

Note: Candidate will need to work from the client office in Pune for one week every month.

Required Skills & Experience

6-8 years of overall QA experience with at least
5+ years in ServiceNow QA
.
Strong hands-on experience with
ATF, server-side scripting
, and
ServiceNow ITSM
.
Good understanding of
ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and integrations
.
Experience in test automation frameworks and developing reusable test libraries.
Hands-on with OMT testing and validation.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Must Skills

ATF (Server-side scripting) + OMT +ServiceNow ITSM module
