Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions to address business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices, configurations, and customizations.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to recommend improvements and innovations.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specializing in ServiceNow HRSD.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including configurations and customizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

12 years of overall experience in the technology sector.
Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or related technologies.
Experience working in diverse and inclusive teams.
