We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance our IT service management processes. Responsibilities Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements. Configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Perform integrations with third-party systems and applications. Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows. Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow applications. Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications. Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Experience with ServiceNow REST and SOAP web services. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
