We are looking for a passionate and experienced ServiceNow SAM Developer

Experience & Expertise

7+ years

• Strong

  functional knowledge of ServiceNow SAM module

  , including license models, compliance, and optimization.

• Scripting expertise

  in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs for customizations and automation.
• Proven experience in

  end-to-end SAM lifecycle management

  and integration with procurement and CMDB.
• Deep understanding of

  industry trends, best practices

  , and compliance standards in software asset management.

• Mandatory Certifications

  :

1. ServiceNow

   Certified System Administrator (CSA)

   .
2. ServiceNow

   Certified Implementation Specialist SAM

   .

• Hands-on experience in

  SAM workflows

  , catalog management, and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to design and implement

  custom solutions

  aligned with business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for

  license optimization and cost reduction

  .
• Experience in

  stakeholder engagement

  and translating functional requirements into technical solutions

• 4-5 years dedicated to SAM (Software Asset Management)

  Must have led or been a key contributor to

  end-to-end SAM implementations

  (setup, license import, normalization, reconciliation, compliance, optimization)
• Experience in

  SAM lifecycle management

  discovery, procurement integration, reconciliation, and remediation
• Hands-on with

  license models

  (Per Device/User/Processor),

  entitlement management

  , and

  compliance tracking.

ITAM (IT Asset Management)

• Familiarity with

  cloud licensing models

  (AWS, Azure, SaaS).
• Exposure to

  automation frameworks

  and orchestration within ServiceNow.
• Additional certifications like

  ServiceNow Application Developer

  or ITIL Foundation
