Service Now Developer

Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with the ability to design and implement solutions that meet our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and support our ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Customize ServiceNow modules according to business needs and best practices.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM best practices.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
