Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with the ability to design and implement solutions that meet our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and support our ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
Customize ServiceNow modules according to business needs and best practices.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow applications.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Skills and Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM best practices.
Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
