Job description :-

  • Oversee the complete service department operations.
  • Supervise technicians, advisors, and helpers to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
  • Monitor daily service targets, productivity, and quality of work.
  • Maintain proper job cards, service records, and warranty claims.
  • Coordinate with the parts department for availability and issue of spare parts.

Rules and regulations :-

  • Must ensure all jobs are started and closed on time.
  • Ensure no vehicle is delivered without quality checking and washing.
  • Maintain discipline and punctuality in the workshop.
  • Attend daily morning briefings and plan workload distribution.
  • Keep service area clean and organized.
  • Any customer issue must be reported to higher management the same day.
  • Maintain strong communication with both service advisors and technicians.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹17,823.00 per month
