Service Manager - Car Body Shop

• Operations & Workflow Management
• Supervise daily body shop operations including denting, painting, accident repairs, and insurance claim processes.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor job cards to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Maintain workshop capacity utilization and productivity levels.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure repairs are carried out as per OEM guidelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks on completed jobs before delivery.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Customer Service & Insurance Coordination
• Interact with customers to understand concerns, provide repair estimates, and explain work carried out.
• Liaise with insurance surveyors/companies for approvals and claim settlement.
• Ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction scores.
• Team Leadership & Training
• Lead, guide, and motivate body shop advisors, technicians, painters, and support staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions on repair techniques, safety, and customer handling.
• Monitor performance and drive productivity improvements.
• Financial & Business Performance
• Monitor revenue, cost control, and profitability of the body shop.
• Prepare budgets, estimates, and monthly performance reports.
• Drive upselling of body shop services, accessories, and value-added services.
• Inventory & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with parts department for availability of spares and consumables.
• Maintain stock levels of paints, consumables, and tools.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement and usage of materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
