Service Management Specialist

Role Overview: As a Service Management Specialist at Accenture, you will be part of the Business Reporting and Governance vertical. Your main responsibility will be to deploy and deliver robust tracking mechanisms for SLA/KPI and other operations on a daily basis. The Governance team, of which you will be a part, will ensure contractual compliance across various aspects such as Governance, Reporting, Incident Management, Change Management, and Survey Management. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving automation and analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
