As a key member of the technology delivery team, your primary responsibilities will include contributing to the professional and reliable delivery of technology solutions for business systems, platforms, and processes within the designated business domain/function(s). You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all deliveries are on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and of high quality. Collaborating effectively with the chosen SI Partners, you will work towards delivering tangible business value. Your expertise will be vital in designing enterprise-grade solutions with a focus on reusability, configurability, and scalability. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing top-class engineering delivery, code management, and automation to ensure maximum efficiency. Running efficient DevSecOps practices will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring optimal performance and availability of platforms, products, or systems. Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices will be essential as you drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness in technology delivery. Prioritizing the overall user experience, you will design and deploy solutions and services with user-centricity in mind. Furthermore, you will be expected to uphold security and compliance policies, as well as adhere to Sandoz guidelines and standards. Your success in this role will be measured by various key performance indicators, including the delivery of agreed-upon KPIs with a tangible business impact, the successful launch of innovative technology solutions at scale, the value generated from technology solutions, and the adoption of Agile, Productization, and DevSecOps practices. Additionally, ensuring operational stability, effective risk management, and positive customer feedback will be critical metrics. To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in project management, industry exposure, and experience working in a multinational context across different countries. Proficiency in Agile Project Management, Business Partnering, Change Management, IT Service Delivery, and Performance Management will be essential. Fluency in English is required for effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.,
