Secondary Skill : Project management JD Skills: Knowledge of ITIL Technical Insights : Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and services Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to analyse trends and deviations, Conduct trending analysis to recommend changes to improve the performance Analysis Monitoring and Reporting:
Attention to Detail: Ability to identify subtle issues and discrepancies in services and processes Measure, analyse and provide reports on SLA KPI metrics and performance Generate reports to identify areas for improvement Communication Skills: Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Conduct SLAs Improvement Meetings to review SLA performance.
Tools Proficiency: Experience with monitoring and ITSM tools (e.g. Ticketing systems). Fast learner Able to work under pressure Early shift 6AM CET to 3PM CET (if your local HR pattern allows it)
