Service Management Analyst

As a Service Management Analyst at Deutsche Bank, you will be responsible for providing 2nd Level Application Support for business applications used in branches, by mobile sales, or via the internet in the Private Bank Germany Service Operations department based in Pune, India. Your role will focus on maintaining the stability of applications through Incident Management and Problem Management processes. Your expertise in application knowledge and understanding of business processes will be crucial assets in ensuring effective services are provided. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and tracking activities, analyzing and resolving issues, preparing reports and meetings, and ensuring compliance with relevant processes. You will participate in regular meetings with stakeholders, track progress, provide regular reporting, and contribute to Service Management related audits. Additionally, you will be required to have a strong hands-on knowledge of production monitoring tools, drive automation, possess excellent soft skills as a team player, and be well-versed in ITIL processes.
