Service Incharge

As a Service Center Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain the upkeep of service centers. You will collaborate closely with the store manager and sales team to ensure smooth service operations, with the overarching goal of guaranteeing customer satisfaction to prevent the escalation of any issues. Your duties will involve motivating and managing a team of service center and care center personnel, being accountable for service deliverables, and mentoring engineers when necessary. Additionally, you will oversee the flow of incoming calls for on-site support services and manage costs within given guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring an adequate amount of manpower is available to handle customer calls - Providing necessary skills and training to team members based on their individual needs - Identifying gaps and fostering collaboration among care center personnel to support walk-in customers - Encouraging the team to enhance their performance levels by identifying gaps and needs Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech (Preferred) degree - 6-10 years of experience in After Sales Service - Familiarity with the territory - Knowledge of device repair operations - Product and market knowledge - Team management skills - Problem-solving skills - Customer focus - Understanding of business training requirements This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund.
