Company Description Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited (USFBL), incorporated on April 30, 2016, provides banking and financial services with a focus on underserved and unserved sections of the country. The bank, headquartered in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, commenced its operations on January 23, 2017. With a strong presence in rural and semi-urban locations, the bank extends a variety of microfinance loans and other financial products. USFBL offers a range of digital services, including Internet and Mobile Banking, Digi On-Boarding, and various ATMs, to ensure ease of transactions for its customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Executive, located in Haveli. The Service Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers for bank accounts (both current and savings) and managing those customer relationships. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other banking products to existing customers. Acquiring new Fixed Deposit customers, often through targeted marketing campaigns, referrals, and by offering attractive interest rates. Managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and handling various customer transactions. Additional responsibilities include organizing and maintaining customer records, assisting in digital banking education, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The role requires collaboration with team members to improve service delivery and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in Team Management and Organization Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Relevant experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
