Job Description

The Service Executive is responsible for providing technical support, servicing power weeder machines, handling customer complaints, training dealers/customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sales. This role includes both field visits and coordination with internal service teams to maintain service quality standards. SKILLS:- 1.Communication skills prefered in hindhi 2.Product knowledge/ Power weeder and Power equipments 3.Willingness to travel to Dealer offices, service points, and customer locations 4.Basic computer knowledge 5.Problem Identification Skills 6.Team Management 7.Analytical Skills 8.Direct Customer and Dealer atten skill 9.Customer Retention 10.Parts Code Identification Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Agricultural Engineering Experience:5–10 years of experience in Agriculture Machinery service Field. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
