Job Purpose Responsible for providing Service Product support, troubleshooting, Service activities & Service systems under his direct control, & coordinate with the Central service setup SHQ to build customer satisfaction in his area. Key Deliverables Customer Complaint Resolution. Dealer & Local Mechanic Training. Achieving the aligned service targets of his area. Improvement of Overall Service Infrastructure. Planning & Execution of Service Camps / Competition trials. Conduct Customer Surveys and analyze the areas of improvement wrt service. Gathering Competition Information to enhance product quality and customer experience. Enhancing the overall dealership profitability through service effort in his areas. Ensuring Spares parts availability at EOR levels. To propagate awareness about safety, health and environment among dealers and customers. Implementation of TS Procedures of the division including Regional Offices
