Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine site visits to client locations to:
· Assess ongoing needs
· Monitor system performance
· Strengthen on-site support and visibility
· Client Data Reporting
Maintain detailed client reports that include:
· Service history
· Usage data and system performance
· Feedback and support interactions
· Installations & On-Site Services
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of:
· System installations
· Maintenance services
· Technical support and troubleshooting
· Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by:
· Providing consistent communication
· Offering proactive solutions
· Building long-term strategic partnerships
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
