As a Sales Engineer, your role is crucial in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, demonstrating products or services, and helping customers understand their value proposition. You will act as a technical advisor, bridging the gap between the company's offerings and customer needs. Your contribution to the sales process will involve identifying leads, managing customer relationships, and ultimately closing deals. Key Responsibilities: - **Technical Expertise:** - Understand the technical details of products or services. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain features and benefits. - Assist with product demonstrations and conduct product training. - **Sales Support:** - Work with sales teams to understand customer needs and requirements. - Identify and qualify sales opportunities. - Provide technical support during sales negotiations and closing deals. - **Customer Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain relationships with customers. - Provide pre- and post-sales support. - Address customer inquiries and concerns. - **Business Development:** - Identify potential clients and leads. - Generate new business opportunities. - Develop and implement sales strategies. - **Other:** - Analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions. - Participate in trade shows and conferences. - Develop and implement sales targets. You should have at least 4 years of experience as a Service Engineer, Engineer, and in Manufacturing. The work location is in person.
