Service Engineer - UPS

Job Summary: The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems and related power equipment. The role involves attending service calls, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service. Location: Bangalore -2 position Chennai - 1 position  Hyderabad - 1 position  Noida - 1 position Key Responsibilities: - Install, test, and commission UPS systems at customer sites. - Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of UPS systems. - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues in UPS units. - Attend customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. - Maintain service logs, FSRs (Field Service Reports), and update records regularly. - Coordinate with the back office for spare parts, warranty claims, and service follow-ups. - Provide basic technical support and operational training to customers. - Assist in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service schedules and renewals. - Support sales team during technical site surveys and installation planning. - Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards during field work. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of UPS systems (Single Phase / Three Phase). - Must have ITI Electrical/ Diploma in ECE, EEE/ B.E in EEE,ECE. - Freshers are welcome.  - Hands-on experience in electrical and electronic troubleshooting. - Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams. - Valuable communication and customer-handling skills. - Willingness to travel for site visits and service calls. - Knowledge of batteries, inverters, and solar power systems is an advantage.
