As a field service engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within your territory. This involves providing appropriate solutions to customers, managing stakeholders according to established processes, and submitting reports to the company on time. You should possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer handling or a relevant field. Previous experience as a service engineer trainee is not required. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential, with a proactive and analytical approach to addressing challenges. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey technical information to diverse audiences. A strong commitment to workplace safety, with a thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations, is also required. You should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive and productive work environment.
