Carry out installation and commissioning of solar energy systems (Rooftop, Ground-mounted, and Hybrid systems).
Ensure proper configuration, testing, and handover of systems to clients.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Perform regular inspections, cleaning, and testing of solar equipment.
Maintain service logs and AMC records as per company standards.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other system components.
Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to clients.
Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams where required.
Train end-users on system operation and basic maintenance.
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer service requests.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Prepare service reports, installation checklists, and commissioning documents.
Maintain records of spare parts usage and service costs.
Report recurring issues to the technical head for product improvement feedback.
