We are looking for a Service / Sr. Service Engineer at Gurgaon/Jaipur in Atlas Copco Power Technique Service team.
The key responsibilities include:
.Provide Technical Support to the Customer
.Groom and Support Dealer Service Team.Implement ECBs & Technical Changes as per PC Guidelines.Ensure total Customer satisfaction generate the Feel good factor.Retain existing Customer Loyalties.Organize Service Camps/Road Shows.Special focus on Manpower development of the dealers.Generate Spare Parts Business
1- DME / B- Tech with 3 to 5 Years of Relevant Experience
2- Dealer Management
3- Good Communicator
4- Good Team Player
5- With Problem solving capabilities
6- Extensive Travelling throughout North India
