Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer at Shree Umiya F-Tech Machinery, your role involves the installation, servicing, and maintenance of advanced woodworking and panel processing machinery. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of equipment including CNC Router, Panel Saw, Beam Saw, Cold Press, Multi-Boring Machines, CNC 6-Side Drilling Machines, and Automatic Edge Blender. Key Responsibilities: - Install, commission, and service woodworking machinery like CNC Router, Panel Saw, Beam Saw, Cold Press, Multi-Boring Machines, CNC 6-Side Drilling Machines, and Automatic Edge Blender. - Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related faults. - Provide on-site and remote support to clients during machine breakdowns. - Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades. - Conduct machine trials, customer training, and documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams for escalated service issues and parts management. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 1 year of relevant service experience. Additionally, you will need strong hands-on knowledge of woodworking and panel processing machinery, experience with automatic edge blenders, servo systems, drives, control panels, and basic PLC troubleshooting. The ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, along with strong problem-solving and customer service orientation, will be essential for success in this role. You should also be willing to travel extensively for service support. Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, with benefits including Provident Fund.
