Required Skills & Knowledge:

Service experience in ADF Scanners & Printers (or)
Service experience in Industrial Inkjet Printers
Knowledge of electronics, circuit boards, sensors, motors, and controllers
Understanding of ink systems and print head technology
Familiarity with Windows/Linux-based hardware systems

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure scanners and industrial inkjet printers at customer sites
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective servicing of hardware components
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues
Handle print head maintenance, ink systems, sensors, controllers, and encoder systems
Calibrate scanners and printers to ensure print quality and accuracy
Replace and repair spare parts such as boards, motors, belts and power units
Coordinate with software and application teams for system integration and testing
Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and customer documentation
Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
