About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Manager (Marketing & Client Acquisition) who thrives on building relationships and expanding business opportunities. This role involves approaching educational institutions (colleges/universities), Banks, IT firms, and other corporates to market our products and services, and convert prospects into long-term business partners. Experience: 5 Years Salary: 5 Lakhs per annum + incentives Key Responsibilities: Visiting colleges, Banks, and corporates for building potential business relationship. Generating new business clients and increase the revenue generation model. Maintain and build relationships with institutional and corporate partners. Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, and visits. Work with the internal marketing and sales teams to develop innovative marketing ideas. Reporting on daily MIS. Self-esteemed and motivated to achieve the target decided by the management. Should be stellar in achieving the revenue target from the newly acquired clients. Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing BBA, BBM or MBA. Should have strong communication skills and willingness to travel. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Prior experience in field marketing, educational institutional marketing, or corporates will be an added value. Proficiency in MS Office is desirable.
