Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Meet key doctors across the region assigned and promote services at Surya Mother & Child Care Super Speciality Hospital, Wakad
Initiate and enter into association with hospitals/nursing homes in the region assigned to maximize patient flow
Maintaining, generating & enhancing revenue for the hospital
Develop short and long-term goals in terms of enhancing on ground coverage
Constant interaction with in-house consultants to understand their specific requirements
Organize and manage doctor and specialty specific activities like CMEs, RTMs and one on one meeting for key referral doctors
Promotes and maintain a healthy work ambience.
Weekly & Monthly detailed reporting of the activities and calls
Have to achieve given targets.
To form outreach OPD to given areas
Meeting consultants like Pediatric, Gynecologist, Surgeon, Pediatric Super Specialities etc.
Will be responsible for any other duties assigned by the Marketing Head from time to time.
